This past year (2017) I really focused on training, and a lot less on filming and editing. But, I did get some footage and I finally got around to editing it. Some of the movements in this video were very long term goals for me at the beginning of the year, and I am really stoked to have accomplished so many so long before I thought I ever would.
Huge shout out to Ben (check out his channel at Ben's PK) for filming and being my main training buddy this last fall.
I have a couple more videos planned now that it is winter and I have more time to edit, so stay tuned for those!
